3 weeks is usually enough notice, however, my calendar fills very quickly so the sooner you place your order the better. To hold your event on the Cake Calendar you will need to make non-refundable Event Deposit, this deposit will be credited to your account on your final invoice.

For online payments I use a program called Wave which can process any major credit card, you do not need to set up an account to pay, and it does not store your credit card information. There is a processing fee for online payments of 3%.
I do not accept personal checks.

Once we have agreed on a time for you to pick up your order, I ask that you do your best to be on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late for the agreed meeting time you will have to pay a Late Fee of $15 before you can pick up your order. I accept changes made to the pick up time within 24 hours of your order. If you change the pick up time with less than 24 hours notice you will need to pay a $15 Late Notice Fee.

Cupcake deliveries within Rochester are $7. Most cake deliveries are $15, however, some custom cakes take at least 2 people deliver them; these delivery fees are on a case by case basis and will be talked about when you receive the quote for your order.
