Peanut/Treenut

We operate a dedicated peanut tree nut-free kitchen. We do not use nuts in any products that we bake. We also carefully vet and source all of our ingredients like flour, sugar, chocolate, cocoa powder, etc to ensure that they come from a facility that does not process or "may contain" peanuts or tree nuts to avoid any possibility of cross-contamination at all levels. Although it is a fruit and not a tree nut, we use coconut, so if you have a specific allergy to that, please inform us. 


Gluten

For gluten-free products, we use dedicated gluten-free ingredients that are not part of our normal kitchen, thoroughly clean and sanitize all workstations and surfaces prior to baking the products and store them in a separate area as well. However, we do NOT operate a dedicated gluten-free kitchen and use wheat flour daily. If you have a severe or life-threatening allergy please be aware that there is still the possibility of cross-contamination due to the prevalence of airborne wheat, even though we take serious steps to mitigate any gluten in the product. Gluten-Free products are an extra charge.


Vegan

We offer vegan cakes, cupcakes, and frosting. If it is for a specific allergy to egg or dairy please make sure that we are aware so we can take extra steps to ensure the order is isolated and reduce chances of allergen cross-contamination. 


Fish/Shellfish

There are no fish or shellfish products/ingredients in our bakery.


Soy

We do not directly use soy in any products. However, if you have a specific allergy to soy please make sure to let us know so we can use separate soy-free ingredients in the order.
